SLO Chassis - Transformer Position
Position your transformers, choke and circuit boards. Check for mount interferences. Postion on the chassis no less than 1" from the edge
to allow for the head cabinet
mounting blocks that
are 3/4" thick. Drill the chassis to accomodate all of the hardware. Screws that end up under the
transformer will have holes that are countersunk. Flat head screws fit flush with the deck under transformers. Newer chassis are more pre-drilled
than older ones but still require some tool work. Drill for the Star ground too or use a transformer or board mount. Use mask tape to protect the chassis.
